A word about our founder
Our practice is owned and managed by Damien Harnett. Damien has been a chartered accountant for 24 years and founded Harnettaccountants in 2009. Prior to that he had spent 14 years in public practice, including 4 years as a Senior Manager with Deloitte in the City of London, servicing clients of all sizes and backgrounds.
He had also spent 10 years running businesses directly, most recently as Finance Director for a medium sized multinational business. Because of his wide ranging experience Damien understands the needs of his clients and possesses the skills and knowledge needed to help move your business in the right direction.

A word about our team
In addition to Damien we have a team of 4 staff based at our offices in Pinewood Studios in Teddington. The team is very experienced in providing book-keeping, year-end accounts, VAT, corporation tax, income tax and payroll services to clients. The practice is also authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”) to conduct audits. And, in addition, we have access to a network of specialists in IT, Legal and HR ready to provide advice and guidance in these areas too.
